Film and Cinematography

I decided to change things up and go back to school and not be just another Youtube jockey with a GoPro. So I went to Full Sail University during the hardest time anyone could have gone to college...during the pandemic. 

I earned straight A's and graduated second in my class with salutatorian honors with a degree in Digital Cinematography in August of 2021....and met some amazing people.  

I have a passion for film and cameras.  I was inspired by what Anthony Bourdain did by bringing people together with food and film.  I hope to continue his love for humanity and art the best I can, one day at a time.

Remove the bottom of the dutch oven from the oven, add the dough from the proofing basket, sprinkle the top with coarse sea salt, add the top of the dutch oven, and add back to the oven. Cook the dough with the top on the dutch oven for 30 minutes. Remove the top and cook for another 18-20 minutes (depending on how brown you want the top). Remove the bread and put it on a cooling rack for AT LEAST 1 HOUR....IF NOT 2 HOURS..... EAT HAPPY! Use good butter.....Irish butter....like Kerrygold brand....you'll thank me later.
